I’ve been hitting the gym 5 days a week to make sure I fit into this one dress I need for Burning Man. I’m not saying I’ll stop at the end of BM, but it is definitely an incentive to start!
I’ve had to resort to measuring myself. I’ve actually GAINED several pounds since I started working out. I forgot how my family gains muscle at a much faster rate than burning fat. I know its not the number that matters but when I’m pushing *mumble mumble* pounds, its a bit disheartening lol.
